Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 25, 2026

1. The RHz Privacy Mandate

RHz was engineered from the ground up to operate entirely on your local device. We believe your biometric data, specifically your cardiovascular heart rate variability (HRV) and resonance frequency patterns, belong exclusively to you.

We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell your biometric data. Period.

2. Local Data Storage Only

When you use the RHz application, all cardiovascular measurements, session history, and calculated resonance frequencies are saved locally on your physical device using a hardened persistence layer (Isar Database).

There are no user accounts, no remote cloud synchronization servers, and no analytics SDKs tracking your physiological metrics. If you uninstall the application, your data is permanently deleted from the device unless you have manually exported it.

3. Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitors

The RHz application requires an external Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Heart Rate Monitor (the Polar H10 is highly recommended) to function. The application requests Bluetooth permissions solely for the purpose of establishing a direct, local connection between your phone and your personal sensor. No data transmitted over this local Bluetooth connection is ever routed through the internet or sent to third-party servers.

4. Data Export

You have complete control over your data. You may choose to manually export your session history in standard formats (CSV, JSON). This action is entirely initiated by you, and the exported files are handled by your device's native sharing capabilities.

5. Apple HealthKit / Google Fit (Future Integrations)

Should RHz integrate with Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or Health Connect in the future, it will be strictly on an opt-in basis to read/write data locally on your device. We will never use data obtained from these frameworks for advertising, marketing, or data mining purposes.
