These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RHz Android application, the RHz website, and related materials and services operated by Logic & Light.
By downloading, accessing, or using RHz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement in your jurisdiction, or use RHz under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
RHz is offered for general wellness, breathing practice, education, and personal experimentation only. It is not intended to diagnose, monitor, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. RHz is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do not use RHz for emergency decisions. If you think you are having a medical emergency, seek immediate medical care.
You are responsible for using RHz in a safe environment. Do not use the app while driving, cycling, operating machinery, supervising safety-critical tasks, or in any situation where reduced attention could create risk.
Stop using the app immediately if you experience dizziness, faintness, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, unusual palpitations, or any other concerning symptoms. If you have a cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or other clinically managed condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
RHz depends on third-party hardware, operating systems, Bluetooth behavior, and sensor data quality. Compatibility is not guaranteed with every monitor or device. Measurements, scores, trends, resonance-frequency outputs, and pacing adjustments may be affected by motion, signal noise, hardware limits, environmental conditions, software bugs, or user setup.
You agree not to rely on RHz output as clinical, diagnostic, safety-critical, or guaranteed-accurate information.
Subject to these Terms, Logic & Light grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RHz for your own lawful use.
You may not:
RHz may allow you to export session data. Export is initiated by you. Once exported or shared outside the app, the data may no longer be protected by RHz's local-only design and may be handled by other apps, services, or people under their own terms and privacy practices.
You are responsible for deciding whether, where, and with whom to share exported files.
The RHz website may include guides, product information, update signups, and support communications. Those website and communication features are also governed by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy.
RHz, its branding, site content, app content, and related materials are owned by Logic & Light or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a use right, not ownership.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RHz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Logic & Light and its affiliates, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of RHz.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Logic & Light arising out of or relating to RHz or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid for RHz in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $50.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive rights that cannot be excluded under laws that apply to you, including mandatory consumer protection, privacy, product liability, or digital-content rights in your jurisdiction. If such laws apply, these Terms are read subject to those laws.
Except where mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except where mandatory local law gives you a different right, you agree that courts located in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to RHz or these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of RHz after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
